ADIDAS VARISOL are super light sandals that protect your toes and are perfect for walking on water. Footwear made of EVA foam - a type of polymer that provides flexibility and softness, has waterproof properties and is resistant to UV radiation. The gently profiled, soft insole with a massaging structure adapts well to the foot. A very light, flexible sole with a ribbed, non-slip profile provides shock absorption and works perfectly with the natural movement of the foot.
Remember that the foot length obtained during measurement will not be identical to the insole length. Approximately 0.5 cm is usually added to the obtained result, especially if the shoes are not made of leather and will certainly not stretch.
Different rules apply when selecting sports shoes, e.g. for running, football or trekking. Depending on their purpose, you need to add approximately 1 cm or even more to the result. After prolonged exercise, your feet swell a bit, so you should not buy tight-fitting shoes. In the case of mountain shoes, the thickness of the sock being worn is also important.
