To get started, download the Twister Air app (Free download.

Players then put the bands on their wrists and ankles to be ready for action! With the music playing, players move their bodies to try to match their bands with the position of the colored circles on the screen.
Stretch, slide, clap your hands and strike crazy poses.
The more circles you mark, the higher your score will be.
