Ingredients: Water, Maltodextrin, Fructose, Sucrose, Glycerine, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Salt, Gellan Gum, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate.
Consume 1-3 gels per hour of intense exercise, depending on your duration and intensity.
VERY IMPORTANT! Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours with top facing up (standing up position). Do not freeze with gel lying down. When ready to use, remove from freezer, cut off top and let thaw for 2-3 minutes before consuming. Squeeze from the bottom up.
