Muscle wasting occurring during a vigorous physical effort it should be counterbalanced with a suitable amount of protein and amino acid. Contrarily, muscle regenerative processes will appear to be impaired, inducing a muscle catabolism.
Amongst all of the existing amino acids, essential amino acid are known to be those ones who must be ingested throughout the diet due to the fact that our organism is unable to synthetize them.
The essential amino acids are the following ones: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Fenilalanine, L-Metheonine, L-Lisine, L-Treonine, L-Triptophane y L-Valine.
Amongst all of them, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine are known to be the branched chain amino acid which falls within a subset of proteins of a great presence in the muscle mass. Moreover, these amino acids play an essential role in muscle synthesis, so that we may predict its importance in muscle recovery. All the same, the other amino acid are as important as the branched chain amino acid, since they intervene in processes including the neurotransmitters synthesis, immune system processes, muscle regenerative processes, liver protector, serotonin precursor. In addition, we have added L-Histidine to its formula, knowing its importance related to growth processes and tissue reparative processes, and L-Tirosine which displays a neurotransmitter role.
INGREDIENTS:
L-Valine (18,3%), L-Leucine (12,2%), L-Metheonine (12,2%), L-Lisine (11%), L-Tirosine (10,2%), L-Fenilalanine (9,5%), L-Treonine (8,8%), L-Isoleucine (8,1%), L-Histidine (6,1%), L-Triptophane (3,4%), Clorhidrate of Piridoxine (Vitamina B6). ALLERGENS: This product does not contain any allergenic compound.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Recommended intake 3 and 5 grams of amino acid in powder after a vigorous physical exercise jointly with your usual protein shake.
